GHA is beginning to migrate ubuntu-latest to ubuntu-22.04 (actions/runner-images#6399), which in my experience has indicated a certain level of stability that projects can begin to rely upon. It would be good to see all of the workflows included here updated to use the new release to ensure that metallb artifacts are being built with and on top of up to date, patched software.
