Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sequence diagrams allow you to add a title, which is awesome, but I personally think all diagrams should support having a title, as imo all diagrams should have a title to clearly define what they are visualising.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add title parameter to all diagrams, rendering a title at the top of the diagram.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are none that are supported currently that I can see!
