Hi,
I have two questions.

Are future releases planned?
We([@balazs-dot](https://github.com/balazs-dot []https://github.com/stefaneicher) and @stefaneicher) want to use FFF in a medical environment and therefore may need some changes. In case I provide a PR would you be willing the create a new release? I might also update the conan recipe if needed
