Last update to the changelog was in 2019, and the fact that there is also a master branch really doesn't help.

Releases also don't contain a list of changes :-(

I'd suggest to use some tools for generating changelogs (for instance, https://github.com/cookpete/auto-changelog) -- it's better than nothing.

"Fixed" (although I would have preferred at least some kind of changelog, but I know its additional work) in e41a914.
