[UX] "Send email" button seems buggy when contact don't have filled email address

How to reproduce:

1. Open Contacts
2. Create new and fill only their name
3. Save & Close
4. Click on Send email
5. The modal will open then close automatically without proper indication of why, making the functionality looks buggy
