I've seen it two times, by now: Private images, definitely OT and not meant for this room, show up in Matrix. No image visible in Slack-Channel. First time it was serie of images.

Both times same author.

The Slack side is filled by a bot with text only messages + URL.

Anything I can provide to investigate in this?
