Fails on Gatsby 3: Cannot find module 'webpack/lib/RuleSet'

On Gatsby 3 this fails for me with:

Module build failed (from ./node_modules/svg-sprite-loader/lib/loader.js):
Error: Cannot find module 'webpack/lib/RuleSet'

Seems to be a Webpack 5 issue, that was already fixed in the dependency svg-sprite-loader.
Is it possible to update dependencies?
