What can be improved

All container images should be updated to use ubi9

Why

Because new is better.. :)

On that note - we should investigate if we can now configure Dependabot to scan Containerfiles. The rename from Dockerfile caused it to stop working and last time I looked into the code it was hardcoded to only handle those names.
