I would use ng-bootstrap or just write a Angular component myself together using PrimeNG Dialog

I've forked this project and made it compatible for Angular 16 at this URL: https://github.com/Jakartoine/ngx-smart-popover

I've made some tiny changes.
Now, the package name to install using npm is : npm install @easiangular/ngx-smart-popover
