I need the following two functionalities to replace my Windows fiddler dependency.
用proxy抓包，我之前一直用 Windows 下的 fiddler。今天终于看到了一个可以作为替换的工具。
但是还需要以下两个功能：

  1. Turning the capturing on and off. 随时开启/停止proxy抓包。
  2. Export. 输出抓取的包。har might be a universal acceptable format.
