The code skips beams if the output file already exists, but if that happens it should print a warning too. Could this be what's happening here? There might be an actual bug too, of course.
I changed it such that if the output file exists, it's not skipped but loaded and still shown in the plot (with a note saying it's loaded from disk).
Could you try it out? You can install the latest version with pip install git+https://github.com/loostrum/arts_localisation.git
The output plot of a burst that was detected in two CBs does not show the SNR per CB.
