In https://github.com/loopbackio/loopback-next/runs/4382440554?check_suite_focus=true, it was discovered that the Node.js v17 CI pipelines were not failing with the test suite.

TODO

Check if this affects the CI pipelines in the other Git repositories (See Upgrade pipelines to Node.js v17 #2 for repos with Node.js v17 testing enabled).
Check for information on the previous fix of updating to the latest NPM version.
