php-cs-fixerrules and related changes (see #1040, #1046, and #1054). Following this PR being merged, #1057 should be rebased and then merged to enforce the new code style rules that have been implemented.All changes in this PR are automated by
php-cs-fixerand represent a CLI run of the tool.
