Here is an initial idea. Let me know if you want me to proceed developing it further.

Neutrinos in particle physics are denoted by the Greek symbol ν, or nu (pronounced “new”). This symbol is included in most stadard character sets and would be the symbol for the neutrino project. The colors are Bitcoin's orange and Lightning Network's upcoming standard purple.
