dcutr example can't connect with quic

The client never print "Established connection to XXX"

Have you run a 2nd client that dials?

But it does NOT print "Listening on "/ip4/127.0.0.1/udp/8808/quic-v1/p2p/xxx/p2p-circuit/p2p/yyy" as expect...

Seems to indicate that the listener got closed?

Maybe Yes. I don't know why it closed. I do NOT change any code of the example. I have run the example on MacOS, CentOS, Ubuntu, and got the same problem. It is easy to reproduce the issue.

Does the issue also happen if you run relay and clients on separate machines?
