Recommended way to enforce new line coverage

Hi,

I want to add a PR check to enforce minimum new line coverage is greater than certain threshold.
In coveralls terms the check would be NEW MISSED LINES IN DIFF / diff line count > threshold.

We already have coveralls integration but I couldn't see a link to json/csv version of the report here.
Is there a recommended way to achieve this or do I need to parse the html report (or the attached comment)?
