Highlight solidity instead of js #1

Switch to solidity from js.
I added it to highlight js here:
highlightjs/highlight.js#1652
PR could use some love.

highlightjs's author is looking for maintainers and doesn't seem to be accepting new PRs - I've sent him an email.

Do we know what highlighting library github natively uses? maybe makes sense to pr there.
