Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Both my desktop app and phone app of LBRY hasn't been working for something like the last week (very rough estimate). The desktop app gave me a wallet server took to long to respond message and the android app said it failed at updating subscription list. I had thought it was possibly a hick up with the wallet server services so didn't mess with it intending to wait it out but tonight I decided to check if a new version. Turns out there was one, which fixed my desktop app.

Nice work on that by the way, look forward to play around with new UI and having like/dislikes.

Describe the solution you'd like
If the app errors during start up, have a check for a new version and present the upgrade solution like you have after login if a newer version is available.

Additional context
Don't pay attention to any discord communities anymore or use Odysee (unless LBRY apps break), so if the app doesn't alert me of a new version I won't know one came out. Considering my last version was 52.something I don't actually know how many versions I've missed. Also, I think my phone app is now buggered since it hasn't been updated since last year I think.

Good idea!

We're working on reviving the android app. We made some changes to the update process in the last few versions - perhaps the next will work better for you. I may have noticed it doesn't check until you restart, which would be unfortunate.
