Mail::sendNow() with ShouldQueue contract #1915

There is an ambiquity between Mail::send() and Mail::sendNow() with ShouldQueue contract.

This issue was raised before (laravel/framework#23993) but left unanswered and closed by @themsaid.

If both the methods do the same job, then why can't we remove or deprecate sendNow() and solve this confusion.
