HMR doesn't seam to work for complex file structures.

Description:

I have a project with tons of SCSS files and JS files, divided by Themes and Commons, each one has his own webpack configuration compiled a different time. Themes webpack mix file has any JS. It only mix two outputs from SCSS files.

The things are I make a change on any SCSS file, mix compile the SCSS is not doing a hot reload at front. I need to manually update the page.

The whole projects run on sail. I don't if it has something to do with the problem.
