Broken date-time filters on Value (exact match) for tables (from Enso 5.0.0)

This is a bug.

Prerequisites

• Did you perform a cursory search?

Description

Since Enso 5.0.0, filters that set a value on date-time columns are not working.

Can be simulated on https://www.laravel-enso.com/system/tutorials :

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to https://www.laravel-enso.com/system/tutorials
• set a filter on Created At as Value
• apply filter.
• see error toastr.
