Добавить в стратегию file возможность перезаписывать отдельные поля json-файла.

Предположительное решение - расширить нотацию file полем overrideParams
Пример:

strategy: file
filename: mocks_data/some.json
overrideParams:
  order[0].amount: 1000.01
