What happened:
pull-kubevirt-e2e-k8s-1.29-sig-monitoring lane seems flaky, on multiple runs (see [0], [1], [2], [3], etc..):

[Serial][sig-monitoring]Component Monitoring Errors metrics VirtHandlerRESTErrorsBurst and VirtHandlerRESTErrorsHigh should be triggered when requests to virt-handler are failing

What you expected to happen:
tests should pass, checked for an actual bug, or be removed.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Steps to reproduce the behavior.
