Proposal: Make namespaced CRDs visiable under specific project

What would you like to be added:
Make Namespaced CRDs visiable under spcific namespace(a.k.a Project).

Why is this needed:
In many cases, certain CRDs we create belong to a specific namespace. To better aggregate and manage resources (such as Deployments, Resources, Ingress, CRDs etc) within a namespace, Namespaced CRDs should be visiable under their respective namespace(a.k.a Project).
