What would you like to be added:
Because the code requires that Array.isArray(chart) must be returned, this is problematic for ports that are not open.

Why is this needed:
It took me a day to debug it, because I am an operation and maintenance engineer and I am not familiar with the front-end. I also brought in a good friend @xuexb of the front-end to debug. I hope it can be compatible with the harbor that does not open helm, or describe it in the document
