What happened?

    "sigs.k8s.io/kustomize/api",
    "sigs.k8s.io/kustomize/kustomize/v4",
    "sigs.k8s.io/kustomize/kyaml"

What did you expect to happen?

as github.com/pkg/errors is archived

follow up of kubernetes/kubernetes#114912
