Bump promptui module to v0.9.0

The manifoldco/promptui v0.8.0 module has a dependency on github.com/juju/ansiterm that is a LGPLv3-licensed module. This could cause transitive compliance issues for projects that consume aws-iam-authenticator. They removed this dependency in their v0.9.0 release, and this PR bumps aws-iam-authenticator to use this version.
