Description of the feature you would like to add / User story

Enable users to specify allowed IP ranges to restrict SSH access within created by KKP security groups. Currently, they are hardcoded with "0.0.0.0/0", for instance in AWS:

Solution details

It would be valuable to check if all of the providers have the same configuration and ideally provide the way for such configuration.
