Add information about not commiting dist files

There should be information DEVELOPERS.md to not commit dist files, this will always break if two people commit changes. This should reserved for one person (the author). I have this issue with my own project and I had to add this info to CONTRIBUTORS.md file.

Found in this PR #729 that has been open since July without comments and in a conflict state.
