Server Cloud::WebsocketClient does not validate SSL certificates #2685

Similar EM-based websocket client as the agent, with similar causes: #2500

Fix is to rewrite the Cloud::WebsocketClient using Kontena::Websocket::Client, similar to the agent WebsocketClient actor.
