Clean up s3 dags

• Merge PRs: https://github.com/clinical-data-mining/cdm-cbioportal-etl/pull/55, https://github.com/clinical-data-mining/dags/pull/8/files
• Update cdm-cbioportal-etl on hpc3 at /gpfs/mindphidata/fongc2/github/cdm-cbioportal-etl
• Update dags at /var/lib/airflow/home/dags/curation
• Remove s3 push/pull scripts and authentication script from /var/lib/airflow/home/dags/curation
• Fix error reporting for s3 push / pull bash scripts
• Find better way to modify path in authenticate script
