Done Condition (What do we need? Why do we need it? Keep this is small as possible!)

We believe this tool only requires the oncotree web api ... but we should establish that it will still work after the oncotree website is backed by graphite.

Technical Description (How are we going to achieve the above)

Potential Issues

If for whatever reason the tool stopped working ... do not fix it. Make a card for future planning.
