Done Condition (What do we need? Why do we need it? Keep this is small as possible!)

All data is present in the graphite project

  • all uploadable files have been produced with the script
  • all files have been uploaded
  • all uploaded data has been verified (by downloading and comparing to the upload files)

Three versions of oncotree have been uploaded. Synaptica has reached out to graphdb support to see why the 4th version is causing the graphite webserver to become unusable (happened twice)
