Still waiting for:

Shapely: Compatibility with NumPy 2.0 shapely/shapely#1972
pyamg: NumPy 2.0 issues pyamg/pyamg#406

After these are updated the test suite should pass. The final release of numpy 2.0 should happen in a few weeks: numpy/numpy#24300
