Description

userCacheEnabled and realmCacheEnabled are no longer used anywhere, however their presense is making them show up erroneously in the realm import crd.

cc @vmuzikar

Once we align with fabric8 7 this won't be an issue for crd generation anymore.

I don't see any reason to not remove those fields.
