Description

An existing realm user should be allowed to be added as an organization member so that we can support different use cases depending on how strong it is the link between a member and the organization they belong to.

By enabling existing users to become organization members it should be possible to:

  • Support use cases where an organization allows inviting existing users in a realm to have access to the organization's resources
  • Support use cases where an organization does not have an identity provider but wants to leverage organization-specific capabilities to group their users while still authenticating to a realm
