Scenarios:

• Adding the role mapping to a service account
• Adding user attributes to a service account

With the current admin API design, it requires the following steps:

• Create the client (with service account enabled)
• Fetch the internal client id
• Get the service account user id $KEYCLOAK_URL/auth/admin/realms/{realm}/clients/{client-id}/service-account-user

Updating service account user roles or adding a new attribute:

• Updating the role mapping or add $KEYCLOAK_URL/auth/admin/realms/{realm}/users/{service-account-id}/role-mappings/clients
• Updating add/update attribute $KEYCLOAK_URL/auth/admin/realms/{realm}/users/{service-account-id}

If there is a way to allow updating service account users via client id(service account) reference. it would reduce the number of calls.
