Enhance contrib guide technologies section with beginner friendly containers and k8s resources

Goal

As a beginner contributor, I want to have a list of resources that i can check so that I can learn the basics about containers and Kubernetes.

Details

This issue is a result of the research done in #2710.
The technologies contrib guide page should be enhanced by adding new resources to the list or changing the list.
The list should have a new section at the top for beginners with beginner resource links about containers and kubernetes.
The list already has some beginner material as well that can be pulled into the new section to make it easier to find.

• new beginner section added to list
• beginner section filled with beginner-friendly material
• beginner material from other sections is moved to the beginner section
