All nodes in the network validate the submitted DKG result. When the node decides the result is valid it proceeds into result submission. When the node did not participate in DKG, it logs not eligible for DKG result approval; my operator ID [0] is not among DKG participants. This log is confusing - at least to me - and suggests something went wrong. Let's make it clear this node was not even supposed to participate in the result submission/approval.
