In #3427, we integrated the tBTC client with the chain contracts. That also included the DKG result submission, validation, challenge, and approval. However, the reaction of clients to a challenged result of a DKG process they were part of was not included in the aforementioned PR. This issue covers that. We need to think about how the affected clients need to act and implement that action.
