JIT is still in preview and does not follow semver scheme as used by TailwindCSS wait for it to stabalize.

As part of #19 we already made upgrade to TailwindCSS 2.1, should create a feature branch to play around with JIT when tailwindlabs/tailwindcss#4461 gets released.

tailwindlabs/tailwindcss#4482 might also be relevant
