Wish to report a security vulnerability

I attempted to reach out a month ago to the owners over email to report a security vulnerability and have yet to receive any response.

While the vulnerability does not impact recent versions, it's still a vulnerability - could someone let me know the best way to securely disclose my findings to get an advisory posted?
