requires_dist unspecified in PyPI JSON API

In the project's PyPI JSON metadata, requires_dist is null. This doesn't reflect the values setup.py's install_requires. Unfortunately, this means a tool that relies on the PyPI JSON API to resolve package dependencies (such as Poetry) will not find and install these dependencies.

Conversely, notebook has this information and is installed by Poetry properly.
