Is there a way to declare parameters order in a parameterized test?

I'm using

private static Stream<String> parameters() {
    return map.keySet().stream();
}

and the test runs in random order.

This should work:

private static List<String> parameters() {
	List<String> keys = new ArrayList<>(map.keySet());
	Collections.shuffle(keys);
	return keys;
}
