Sync depedencies

Hi,

is great idea use this options like comments in .json files but using json5 for package.json is little less usefull because if you removed or install new depedency, you must manually copy npm package from package.json in to package.json5. Can will be nice feature if ./lib/cli.js know sync depedencies primary from package.json and do this changes on .json5 too.

What you think about it?
