It would be nice for jshit to support logical assignment operators, like ??=

(I dont realise the scope of this, maybe the real title is "support for esversion 11" ?)

Sounds about right to me. We're just wrapping up support for ES2020, so we'll certainly want to include logical assignment as we tackle ES2021.

As always, I'll be happy to help anyone interested in contributing.
