TIFF JPEG compresssion

TIFFs support jpeg compression. It would be cool if I could use jpeg-js to decode TIFF images compressed the jpeg way.

After further inspection it seems like this functionality is almost there.

Hi, I was able to open all your TIFFs files in my library UTIF.js https://github.com/photopea/UTIF.js . So maybe you can try using it :) But your avatar looks familiar to me, so you are probably using it already :D
