Page Menu documentation links to Templates page, results in 404 error

Description

There are two instances of a link to "templates" in the Page Menu documentation that lead to a 404 error page.

Steps to reproduce

Visit: https://johnsonandjohnson.github.io/Bodiless-JS/#/ContentEditorUserGuide/PageMenu/New/

Note the first three paragraphs contain two links to the following URL, which does not exist:

https://johnsonandjohnson.github.io/Bodiless-JS/#/Development/Guides/BuildingSites/Templates/

Expected result

A page of documentation on templates should be reachable.

Actual result

A 404 error page is found.
