External link that's copied gets 'Open link in new window' text (Vital Demo) #1655

Steps to reproduce:

on Vital Demo, open any page with default RTE component or /styleguide/editors/ page in Edit env, Edit mode
in default RTE add some text
highlight any word and set it as a link
add an external URL for that link
copy the text with the link
past the copeid text to the same or another Default RTE

Actual Result:
'Open link in new window' text added to the link

Expected Results:
no extra text added into a coped text.
