User story

As a developer or designer
I want to be able to document vital components using storybook

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The vital demo site has storybook configured to showcase vital components
  2. At least one vital component has stories which appear in the demo storybook implementation
  3. The vital starter also has storybook configured to showcase stories for any component defined in a new site.
